We regularly relocate data centre equipment for our IT customers. This involves internal and external moves working in secure and sensitive environments and can be for single items or involve the complete relocation of the data centre itself.
We implement disaster recovery services which require immediate nationwide location and re-location of travelling servers to respond to urgent time sensitive demands.
Banking
In the banking industry, we have carried out roll-outs for most of the major banks and building societies, including entire front-counter refreshes and currently support one of them with full inventory management and engineering support for their ongoing branch refurbishment program.
Retail
Concorde Specialist Logistics provides new technology rollouts, configuration and installation services for several major retailers. We also support our customers with all their nationwide equipment deliveries and installations for new store openings and refurbishments.
We have recently successfully completed a UK-wide roll out of point-of-sale equipment including “chip and pin” products for one national supermarket chain.
Medical
Concorde Specialist Logistics works with several medical equipment manufacturers delivering and installing small diagnostic equipment through to entire MRI scanners.
Configuration and staging
We are able to configure product to site, user group or seat-specific configurations before packing and delivery. Alternatively we can provide a managed facility service for customers themselves to complete this work in our configuration centres.
Information management
Concorde's projects are managed on our systems from which a comprehensive suite of reports may be generated directly or via the Relativity reporting tool. We can provide full reporting on product usage, stock levels, forecasts and deliveries.
