Concorde provides a flexible range of engineering support solutions and services that are tailored to meet our customers’ specific requirements.

- Assistance to engineers either on the customer sites or at our own facilities.
Concorde's field engineering resources will deliver and position equipment as well as supporting lead engineers to install or perform full installations, when required. Working to scripts provided by the customer or developed by our own teams we ensure that the quality of work is consistent and fully conformant to the specified requirements.
Engineering Services
Our field engineering resource carries out installation projects, break-fix and preventative maintenance activities. A broad range of skills and product experience is available to meet the complexity of our customers’ requirements.
Configuration
Our Configuration Centre has engineering bays where servers, laptops, scanners and printers are configured and tested prior to shipment.
We are able to configure product to site, user group or seat-specific configurations before packing and delivery. Alternatively we can provide a managed facility service for customers themselves to complete this work in our configuration centres.
